As part of the Ponta Lopud Festival, which organizes creative meetings of film art professionals and film lovers, exclusive film screenings at unique locations under the stars and masterclasses led by Oscar winner Pawel Pawlikowski, Lopud restaurateurs will present their culinary delights with special Ponta Lopud Gourmet menus.
Special Festival menus will feature dishes prepared from top-quality, fresh ingredients. These are typical dishes of the region, based on locally grown ingredients and traditional methods of preparation, and fully respecting the original flavours.
Special boat transfers for our visitors to the evening film screenings are organized from Gruž. The visitors will be introduced to the Ponta Lopud Gourmet menus offered on the island and have the opportunity to enjoy the culinary delights prepared by Lopud restaurants.
On Saturday, July 3, as a special addition to the Festival, several restaurants will offer a variety of dishes based on mussels. Including this typical Adriatic ingredient on the menus will enrich the gourmet experience of the Festival. Mussel-based dishes will be available at the following taverns: Obala, Peggy, Dubrovnik and Mandrač.
