By pairing emerging regional and international professionals with rotating jazz Masters in Residence and international mentors in a highly inspiring, cross-cultural setting, the festival builds lasting professional networks, collaborative projects, and practical industry insight essential for advancing careers.

Since its inaugural year in 2023, the festival has welcomed internationally acclaimed artists, including Jazz Masters in Residence Joe Lovano (Grammy-winning saxophonist), Kenny Werner (renowned pianist and founder of Berklee College of Music’s Effortless Mastery Institute), and Terri Lyne Carrington (NEA Jazz Master and director of the Institute for Jazz & Gender Justice at Berklee College of Music), who mentored emerging musicians through masterclasses and collaborative performances.
